Lindor is a Swiss truffle product line manufactured by Lindt & Sprüngli. It comes in many flavors (pictured), but the main idea of the chocolate is the chocolate in the center and the soft chocolate (truffle) in the middle.
The chocolate's smoothness is uses in advertising and is promptly quite smooth. Lindor was introduced as a chocolate bar in 1949 and later in 1967 as a truffle. The ball is sold in a variety of flavors, ranging from Milk Chocolate to Candy Cane.
Most of the US Lindt truffles are produced in Stratham, New Hampshire.
